ONLINE BOOKING POLICY

Appointments booked online must be guaranteed with a credit card payment. Gratuity is not included in the service amount and is happily accepted upon completion of the service.

GIFT CARD POLICY

Posh Salon gift cards are perfect for any one on any occasion and redeemable only at Posh Salon location. Our gift cards can be used toward any salon or spa service and for purchase of any products. Gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Posh Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift cards are valid for 12 months after issue date.

REFUND POLICY

Products will be refunded within 30 days with a receipt. Gift cards will expire after one year. No refunds will be given for gift cards or services. Please call Posh Salon for further questions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

24-hour advance notice of cancellation is required for all services; otherwise, fees may be assessed.

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy. We will not sell or offer your information to anyone else.

RESERVATIONS

We recommend scheduling your appointment as early as possible to ensure availability. Please arrive 15 minutes early so that you may relax and facilitate the most rewarding experience. We regret that we may be unable to extend the time of an appointment if you arrive late.

CELLULAR PHONES & PAGERS

For all of our guests’ comfort, all cellular phones and pagers need to be turned off in the salon or spa area.

RE-DO POLICY

Posh Salon is a team environment, and our customer satisfaction is of utmost importance. We want to ensure when you walk out our door that you are happy with the service you received. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, or just simply needed a quick fix, we would like to have an opportunity to have you come back to have the service redone at no charge within the following parameters:

  • Clients are welcome to come in with their original stylist or we can recommend another stylist for them for the redo.
  • When returning for a redo service, please contact the salon within two weeks of original appointment date to honor the complimentary service.
  • Please note that the complimentary redo guarantee does not apply if the client decides to completely change the original look given from their last visit two weeks ago.
