**Change in policy in light of COVID-19**

At Posh, the health and safety of our clients and staff is a top priority. If you are experiencing signs or symptoms of illness, we ask that you postpone your service until you’re well again. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to illness, please call our guest relations team and we will be glad to do so without penalty. Thank you for your cooperation.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for check-in and ensure that your service can begin at the scheduled time. Out of respect for our other appointments for the day, we regret that we may be unable to extend the time of your appointment if you arrive late. Clients who arrive late may be given only the remaining allotted time for their service, and may be charged the full price for the service(s) booked. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.

BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS

We kindly request 24-hour notice for our appointment cancellations. A credit card on file is required to book any services. Your service fee will be incurred for any such appointments that are canceled with less than 24-hour notice, or when the client no shows.

ONLINE BOOKING

For our clients’ convenience, Posh Salon is pleased to offer online booking. First-time color clients are encouraged to call our Guest Relations team to ensure they are booked for the color service that will best achieve their desired look.

REFUNDS

We want you to be fully satisfied with your product purchase. Products are eligible for refund within 30 days with a receipt. No refunds will be given for gift cards or services.

SATISFACTION

At Posh Salon, we strive to exceed your expectations. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service, or if you simply need a quick fix, we would like the opportunity to make any necessary adjustments. Please contact our Guest Relations team within one week of the original appointment date, and a manager will coordinate the appropriate course of action.

GIFT CARDS

Posh Salon gift cards are redeemable only at Posh Salon. They are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Posh Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. We regret that we are unable to accept Aveda gift cards.

PRIVACY POLICY

Our automated system sends appointment reminders via text and/or email for your convenience. We respect your privacy, and will never sell or offer your information to anyone else.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and checks. All prices are subject to change without notice.
