HEALTH & SAFETY

At Posh, the health and safety of our clients and staff is a top priority. If you are experiencing signs or symptoms of illness, please call 757.253.7674 to reschedule without penalty.  It will be our pleasure to serve you when you’re well again.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for check-in and to ensure that your service can begin at the scheduled time. Out of respect for our other appointments for the day, we regret that we may be unable to extend the time of your appointment if you arrive late. Late arrivals may be given only the remaining allotted time for their service, and may be charged the full price for the service(s) booked. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.

BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS

A credit card on file is required to book an appointment.  We respectfully require 24-hours notice for appointment cancellations. Clients who no-show or cancel an appointment with less than 24-hours notice will incur a 50% service fee.  Clients who prefer not to keep a credit card on file can either pre-pay for their appointment, or utilize our online booking system, which collects a 50% deposit.

ONLINE BOOKING

For your convenience, Posh Salon is pleased to offer 24/7 online booking for most of our services. First-time color clients should call our Guest Relations team at 757.253.7674 to ensure they are booked for the color service that will best achieve their desired look.

REFUNDS

We want you to be fully satisfied with your product purchase. Products are eligible for refund within 30 days with a receipt. No refunds will be given for gift cards or services.

THE POSH PROMISE

At Posh Salon, we strive to exceed your expectations. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service, or if you simply need a quick fix, we would like the opportunity to make any necessary adjustments. Please contact our Guest Relations team within one week of the original appointment date, and a manager will coordinate the appropriate course of action.

MINORS

We strongly recommend that a parent/guardian accompany all clients under the age of 18 for the entire duration of services.  We reserve the right to require a signed waiver for any minor client.

APPRENICE PROGRAM

Posh Salon is proud to offer emerging stylists real-world experience via our apprentice program.  Apprentice services are provided at a discounted cost and book for a longer period of time to allow for learning.  A signed apprentice waiver is required.

GIFT CARDS

Posh Salon gift cards are redeemable only at Posh Salon. They are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Gift cards are valid for redemption the first business day after purchase.  Posh Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.  We regret that we are unable to accept Aveda gift cards.

PRIVACY POLICY

Our automated system sends appointment reminders via text and/or email for your convenience. We respect your privacy, and will never sell or offer your information to anyone else.  Please contact our Guest Relations staff if you’d like to opt out of these reminders.

PAYMENT/PRICING

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, checks and Apple Pay. All prices are subject to change without notice.  In support of Aveda’s mission for environmental sustainability, we are happy to provide you with an itemized receipt via email.
